Finally

I'm finally registered to vote. For three (four) whole years I've neglected my civic duty. I missed the age bracket for the last presidential election by one week and thus felt no need to actually register to vote, but now that I've done it I feel oddly patriotic. Of course I registered back home, so I'll have to drive 110 miles to perform this patriotic task (I know, I could have signed up for an absentee ballot), but I imagine it'll be worth it. I don't plan on voting for either major party, but I do predict that our nation will take a regrettable step towards socialism.
